The Revelatory Names of The Divine Person, Ruchira Avatar Adi Da Samraj
The Divine Being is the Person of Life--Radiantly Conscious, Infinite, and Eternal, Pervading all of space and time with Energy and Light. The Divine Person is Perfectly Happy, Perfectly Free. The Divine Person is the "Heart" of every one and every thing, our Source and our Substance, our primal Condition, our very Identity--if we will only transcend our illusory identification with the separate, dying body-mind, and Awaken to Immortal Being Itself, to the Blissful Oneness of the Divine Person.
The Divine Person--in response to the call of suffering humanity; and passionately and constantly purposed to the Great Work of Awakening every one and every thing to their true Identity--has taken human Form. He is Adi Da Love-Ananda Samraj. During the years of what He calls His "Revelation-Epoch"--1972 to 1995--Adi Da Samraj Revealed Himself progressively to His devotees and to the world. This Divine Revelation was a "Leela" (or love- inspired Play), and in that Play He has taken many Names, each indicative of His mode of Divine Work during that time: Bubba Free John, when he was a "brother" or friend to His devotees; Da Free John, when He Revealed His Divine Nature as "Da", or the Giver; Da Love-Ananda, when He called His devotees to renounce everything but the Love-Bliss that is Being Itself, and that He Is; Da Avabhasa (The "Bright"), when devotees spontaneously celebrated the Free Divine "Brightness" Radiating as and through His bodily Form; Adi Da (The Da Avatar), when He Revealed Himself even more fully as the Living Incarnation (or Avatar) of the Divine Person. He has been invoked and worshipped by these and many, many other Names, each Revealing a Quality of His Great Person and His Great Work.
In 1996, He took the Name of Adi Da Samraj. And more fully, in 1997: Adi Da Love-Ananda Samraj. This Name--offered to Him by His devotees--describes His present Revelation. He is "Adi", the Source-Person, the First and Only Person, The Divine Person of Love-Bliss. He is "Da Love-Ananda", the Giver of Love-Bliss to all. And He is "Samraj"--the Divine King, the Master of Reality, serving all by the Transmission of His Heart-Awakening Grace; and--in their right relationship to Him--being served by all, so that all may fully receive that Transmission, and Realize the Divine.
